A few simple steps

Run PC Check and share the report

PC Check collects selected system indicators and any symptom notes you choose to enter. It highlights areas for a SafeHands technician to review; it does not diagnose every fault, repair the computer or send information automatically.

Download and extract

Save the ZIP, then extract its contents to a folder on your Windows PC.

Run the check

Open SafeHands-PC-Health-Snapshot.exe, add relevant notes if you wish, and choose Run PC check.

Review and attach

Read the saved .txt report, then choose it in the optional upload field below. Do not include passwords.
